No matter what's happening in your life, you can change the trajectory of events by closing your eyes, reviewing your thoughts and behavior, and sending love wherever you've been withholding it. ~Marianne Williamson

Mental and emotional stability is the key to life. By being mentally and emotionally healthy, you can truly handle anything life hands to you. This is a great message to teach and embed in children especially to ease anxiety in a new place.

"Nights and days came and passed
And summer and winter

And it was good to be a little Island.
A part of the world
and a world of its own
All surrounded by the bright blue sea."
